Monitoring and Performance Evaluation

Monitoring and Performance Evaluation service has the main task of monitoring and ensuring alignment between work plans and the university’s strategic targets, thereby guaranteeing that all programs are executed effectively, efficiently, and accountably.

Specifically, the functions of the Monitoring and Performance Evaluation service include:

  • Formulation & Development of Activity Plan and Target (RKT) Procedures: Establishing stages and standard procedure for submitting annual activity plans based on targets for the upcoming fiscal year.
  • Work Plan Evaluation & Alignment: Evaluating activity plan submitted by every unit to ensure the activity aligned with the university’s target achievements.
  • Verification of Current-Year Proposals: Reviewing and ensuring that every activity proposal submitted during the current year complies with initial planning and complies with university regulations
  • Periodic Achievement Evaluation: Conducting periodic evaluations of unit performance achievements—specifically at the mid-year —to provide every unit the opportunity to plan for and optimize the fulfillment of agreed-upon targets.
  • Development of an Integrated Monitoring and Evaluation Information System: Collaborating with the Directorate of Digitalization to develop and refine information systems that integrate the entire cycle, from planning, proposal submission for implementation, to performance evaluation.
